Embrace Your Passion
I embrace my passion and I imagine and feel my passion embracing me. We dance, sing and create the life we love. My passion is in partnership with my heart. Together they are powerful. Beauty springs up before us as we share what we love with the world. All aspects of myself come into harmony.
Soul’s Longing
Sometimes you forget how much you have to offer the world till someone needs what you have to offer. Then it comes bubbling up and almost surprises you. The universe will answer your prayers. Just ask. What are my gifts and talents? How can I be of service in a way that brings me joy, fulfillment, and financial abundance.
Are you feeling unfulfilled? Empty? Are you trying to fill yourself with the wrong things? Food? Things?
Need a hand to help you along your path?

Thymus Thump
The Thymus glands job is to produce and process T-cells or white blood cells. You can stimulate your immune system by stimulating the thymus gland which is located behind the breastbone.
Make a gentle fist and tap or gently pound over the thymus rhythmically. When ever I share this with students I always think of Tarzan swinging through the jungle and pounding his chest. Maybe he was onto something and all that chest pounding had a greater purpose,
.
Up the positive vibes by smiling. If you can focus on something you love, but you don’t have to. Sometimes when you are particularly feeling low it can be hard to think positive. Putting a smile on your face can help get that shift going.
Another good tool is the sound “ha”. Yep you got it. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Make it rhythmic with the thumping. Laughter stimulates the immune system. The “ha” sound sends a positive vibration into your body to shift the negative energy.
Give it a try.

Joy
I like feeling the joy of source flowing through me.
When are you in those times of flow? I generally feel that flow when I am dancing, though not always. Other activities that help me get in that flow are tai chi, yoga, meditation. I remember times when working on art has helped me make that connection. There are times when I get engrossed in my garden that I feel that free flow.
How about you? Do you know what that feels like? Would you like to experience more?
Make an appointment with me and I will assist you in strengthening your connection to source, to your joy.

The Lord’s Prayer
I love this interpretation of The Lord’s Prayer. This is in one of Gary Bonnell’s book on the Akashic Records. I AM is a powerful, creative statement. Try using the prayer for a month a see what you think.
I AM the Mother/Father Creator
Hallowed is the name, I AM
I AM the Kingdom come,
I AM will being done.
I AM on Earth, even as
I AM in all Kingdoms
I AM this day giving life to all Creation, even as
I AM all Creation giving life to me.
I AM this day releasing all duality, even as
I AM the Sovereign witness of the unfolding Now.
I AM the Power, and
I AM the Glory, from
Everlasting, unto Everlasting. All this
I AM
When I say this prayer I feel the connection to God within myself. It feels powerful and peaceful.

Susan
Cleansing Soak
Your skin is the largest organ of your body. We don’t normally think of our skin as an organ, but it does more than hold us together. The pores of your skin absorb and release. When you want to cleanse your body during a cold, flu or other ailment consider adding a cleansing soak.
You will need:
2 cups of baking soda
2 cups of sea salts
2 cups of hydrogen peroxide-optional
You can get a wonderful cleanse just using the baking soda and sea salts. The hydrogen peroxide is a nice additional to add extra oxygen. I have used the 3% variety of hydrogen peroxide. If you decide to try the food grade, which I believe is 35%, cut back on the amount. I would cut it back to 1 cup.
Other nice additions are powdered ginger. If you have never used ginger in a bath start with 1 Tbl. It increases circulation and creates heat.
Make sure your bathroom is warm. I like to use a little heater during the winter to make it extra toasty. I soften the lighting by bringing in a small table lamp. Candles can be nice, but I find I need too many if I am using them for light. A small lamp and candles can add a nice relaxing atmosphere.
Don’t forget some relaxing music.

Smile, It Does A Body Good
It can be easy to get sucked into negativity some times. Especially if you are in the habit of watching the news or reading the newspaper. If you find yourself in a sour mood or maybe you just want to keep yourself more upbeat, SMILE. Science has proven that smiling can help improve your health. More good news…it doesn’t cost anything. Woo hoo. Now there’s another reason to smile.
Feeling down? Plant a smile on your face and see what happens. It may feel odd at first, but if you keep those corners turned up your mood will follow.
As a direct result of feeling better your stress levels go down. You can trick your body into relaxing.
Smiling is contagious. This is something you want to spread around the office and at home. Get in the habit of smiling at people and see what happens. Make it a genuine smile from the heart.
You will also be boosting the immune system, lowering blood pressure, releasing endorphins, natural pain killers and serotonin. Wow!
I feel better already.
You’ve most likely heard the saying, “be the change you want to see in the world.” It can start with something as inexpensive and as easy as a smile. A smile can be like the gentle movement of the butterfly in flight. Don’t underestimate the power of simplicity.

Perfect Timing
Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t
perfect for you. Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware
of where you are. But all things, as they are happening, are happening in
perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, “Everything in its
perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in
relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am, and eager for more,”
that is the perfect vibrational stance.
— Abraham
This is a good reminder to be in the now and know that everything is falling into place. When anxiety creeps in as we know it does remember to breath. Use the breath as a bridge to bring you back to this moment and remind yourself all is well. I also like to do chanting meditations. The sound current gives me something to feel and helps me to shift out of fear and distrust. The sound raises your vibration out of fear and uncertainty.
The law of attraction is based on vibration and feeling. What makes you feel good? What helps you feel safe? Sometimes it’s helpful to reach out to another person. We all need a hand and support. I’m offering one free long distance healing session a day for the month of August. That’s one free per person. Leave me a comment here on how to reach you to set up your appointment.

Matrix Update
Last week I “just happened” to find out that Richard Bartlett was going to be in Baltimore teaching Level 1 & 2 of Matrix Energetics. I took that workshop last August in Atlanta and felt it did a lot for my sessions with clients.
I felt strongly compelled to take the workshop again. I’m so glad I did. I went with a mental list of “things” I wanted to work on and I felt like I touched into them all.
I am grateful for this heart centered work. I felt immersed in a heart space all weekend.
If you would like to experience this work in person or long distance please contact me at 717-503-0574. Looking forward to playing with you in the Matrix.
Chronic Fatigue
I have been challenged with a fatigue that comes and goes over the past 1-1/2 years. It has physically manifested with a variety of things such as Lymes Disease once. I got rid of that. Then picked up E-Coli and had that much longer then I normally have “things.” I’ve gone through a bought of parasites and then Epstein Barr.
What it boils down to is there is a greater message I haven’t been listening to. I got busy with a job and relationship and stopped taking the time to listen. I fell off the wagon so to speak of self care. It’s common, I know I’m not alone. Life happens and you push yourself through what you think you need to do to survive. The magic word here is PUSH. We demand of ourselves, unkindly. We stop listening.
Just this week as I was getting ready for my other job I felt the tiredness. I had this talk with myself, “You had enough sleep. Knock it off. You aren’t tired. Stop being a whinny pants! Then I up and changed those whinny pants to something more gung-ho and energetic.” It worked. I got moving and got through my day. I did what I needed to do in that moment. Now my job is to take the time when it is more convenient and listen to what my body is so desperately trying to tell me.
Where am I not honoring my true feelings and needs? We all need to take the time to listen. Call it gut instinct or feelings or how ever your inner wisdom get’s your attention. Maybe you get insight through images. Have you lost touch with that inner wisdom and guidance? Our bodies speak to us in sign language. Illness is the sign of imbalance.
I’ve seen a lot of clients with depression and chronic fatigue over the years. I guess right now I’m learning about them first hand. The best teacher is experience. So here I am working through my own blocks. Here I am re-instating my own self care practice with yoga, meditation, healing work and nutrition.
The physical symptoms are a message that needed a louder delivery. I am paying attention to when symptoms show up and when they aren’t there at all. Just like in meditation, I’m the observer. What’s here now? Being curious. Journal. Willing to see things differently. The universe/greater wisdom/God is working with me and you. Trying to get our attention.
I have updated my nutritional products. Check them out. They are an important part of self care. Proper nutrition will boost you physically, energetically and emotionally. For fatigue I recommend spirulina, maca and msm. Feel free to contact me for some advise on the suppliments.
Proper nutrition will not fix every problem.
There is no substitute for living passionately and doing the things that are important to you. What is your soul longing to do?
I’d love to help. Please contact me for an appointment. We can work in person or over SKYPE.
