Spirulina
Instead of taking a daily vitamin I prefer to use nutrition packed food sources. I believe the body makes better use of a whole such a spirulina than a vitamin.
Spirulina is pack with nutrition. It is an easily digestible source of vegetable protein.
It is high in B vitamins including B12. These are your stress vitamins so your nervous system is strengthened.

Chlorella
