Stevia is my first choice when I am sweetening my beverages. I keep the powdered version at home and a liquid travel bottle in my purse. I have also used Stevia in cooking and baking. Depending on the recipe I may just cut back on the sugar and substitute with some stevia. I’ll share some recipes with you soon. There are also cook books available using Stevia.
