Relationships

People play roles in our lives, they are actors and we have given them a script. They serve a purpose in our journey.

They may reflect something back that you are thinking or feeling about yourself or a belief you’ve energized.

They may share supportive knowledge, wisdom, or insight with you.

They may set something in motion to support you on your journey.

The link below is the wonderful poem based on this topic set to music and pictures.

People come into your life for a reason.

Robert Scheinfeld’s book Busting Loose from The Money Game is so much more than about money. It really is about your relationship to yourself and seeing the illusion of life for the truth of what it is. It helps you to re-claim your power from the illusion.

Claim Your Power

I have read numerous books on creation. This one makes the most sense to me. His method feels like it covers the whole spectrum. It goes deeper than think and so it shall be, or write it down and make it happen. This is about training yourself to see the illusion of life as an illusion. It's about working through your beliefs and images. You aren't sweeping them under a rug and using a lot of energy to hold them down. You are inviting them up. This isn't for the weak. Be ready to commit yourself. Trust that your higher self won't give you any more than you can handle.

This Illusion Called Life

Robert Scheinfeld sets the stage in this book for you to see life as a game. One of the games you are playing is with money. OK so far. I love his work so far. I chose to read this book because it is recommended in both books Matrix Energetics and The Physics of Miracles by Richard Bartlett. He is an amazing creator and healer. I would love to attend his workshops. I'm working my way there through his books so far.

Robert Scheinfeld also references another of my favorite books The Holographic Universe and one of my favorite movies, The Matrix. He has my attention.

Here's one of he's Key Points: You aren't "watching" your Human Game hologram like you'd watch a movie, play or sporting event. Your Expanded Self is simultaneously creating the hologram and popping you right smack into the middle of it as the player of The Human Game.

He goes on to say, "The patterns your Expanded Self creates in The Field is real. But everything else you see and experience in your hologram in Phase 1 of The Human Game is just a holographic illusion. The Human Game is designed to be an ultimate Game that tricks you into believing an illusion is real."

OK, this is juicy. I just wanted to share a bit. My nose is back in the book. Enjoying it on the deck with a pot of tea. Happy dreaming.

Stifled by Perfection

Here I go again, peeling the onion, so to speak. The onion being ME and my spiritual path. My journey in this life.

Perfection. Ugh. We can get caught in it like a web. Wound so tight that we can’t move for fear that we won’t get it right or it will be messy. What is it? Anything you may hold dear. The closer it is to your heart the tighter you may hold it.

How do you get yourself to move? Give yourself permission to make a mess. Give yourself permission to do it wrong? But do it.

Here’s one of my examples. It was an “ah ha” moment. I was struggling years ago to create the perfect class schedule. Yea, I know it might sound silly. I was teaching numerous yoga classes and trying to figure out the BEST days and times. I wasn’t getting anywhere because I couldn’t get it right. I was wound tight around the idea that there was a perfect schedule.

I stopped what I was doing and went to my art supplies. I had a fairly large piece of laminate that was already prepped and waiting. I gave myself permission to make a mess. There was no right way in that moment. Nothing I could do wrong. I painted. I followed a flow of pleasure. Whatever color felt good, whatever stroke felt good. I did it. I let the energy flow.

I’ll tell you it’s an abstract piece. Afterward I sat down and finished that schedule in no time. Done. No worries. Whew. I could breath again. I could move. I had to find someway to get myself moving. Someway to give myself permission to just do it.

I found it interesting how many compliments I received on that piece of art. The energy spoke to people. It was raw, honest and angry. I was angry at feeling so stuck. At that point the anger was healthy. An anger that I could channel into setting myself free.

It takes energy to set yourself free. If you are using a mask of Spiritual goodness you may be hiding that energy. Stuffing it down because there is this belief that to be Spiritual means you are always serene and happy. That’s a load of crap. Life can be messy. Messy can be great fun with the right attitude. Oops, sorry I used the word “right” now didn’t I. Perfection just creeps in everywhere now doesn’t it.

I am grateful for every breath.  Each breath is a new opportunity.

Self Esteem

I can’t make you feel better about yourself.  I can only reflect to you what I see and feel.  You choose what to believe.  You can accept it or reject it based on your beliefs.  Love yourself.

I remember having a hair cut I wasn’t so sure I liked.  I had some inner turmoil going on about it.  Once I decided I liked it, without saying that to anyone, people started to compliment my new cut.

It is our self acceptance that gives others permission to love us more.  Our energy field allows them in.

Statement of Being

As I move into this time of creation, I feel the power of something bigger than me, moving with me, supporting and empowering me. I know all things are possible.

As I explore how I am going to create the healing I desire, I will notice this support and acknowledge it. I know that I do not have to figure this out all at once.

All I have to do is begin right where I am and consciously choose to move toward what I want.

My life is right now a time of discovery and creation. Out of my own being I feel the joy and freedom that comes with knowing I can create reality.

Water quality

Prill beads are a simple way to improve water quality and they last forever.

Unplug

In this era of technology it’s important to unplug.  Turn off your phone, TV and internet and spend some quality time with yourself and your loved ones.  When was the last time you spent time with someone you cared about without checking your phone or internet?

Meditation is another opportunity to unplug.  Or maybe I should say it’s another way to plug into a higher source.  It’s easy to get away from a regular meditation practice.  I know this first hand.  Sometimes it feels like there is so much to do that you can’t possibly take time for yourself.  It’s worth it though.  I can also attest to the fact that when I take the time to practice some form of meditation I function better.  It doesn’t have to be sitting quietly.  Sometimes I’m just too keyed up to start there.  That’s what I like about active meditations like Tai Chi, yoga or even walking.  It helps me to move energy and quiet my mind.

The idea though is not to just go through the motions and let your mind continue it’s babble.  To use activities as meditation you need to bring your focus inward.  Bring your focus into your breath.  Use your breath as the bridge to expand your awareness into your body and quiet your mind.  Become the observer.

If you don’t feel you have the time you can start small.  Take 15 minutes.  Try taking a class.  A commitment to a class helps as well as the group energy.

This is a great gift.

Thank you

Thank you for touching my own inner longings by realizing your own.

I realize I’ve been afraid of my longing.  I’ve locked them away.  I believed they were impossible to have.  You proved me wrong by realizing your own.  You set healing in motion by allowing yourself to have more.

There is no greater blessing you can give the world than to realize your dreams.  Live your happiness and joy and you lift the energy of others.  You blaze a trail like a shooting star.

Thank you for allowing yourself to be you.
