Joy
I like feeling the joy of source flowing through me.
When are you in those times of flow? I generally feel that flow when I am dancing, though not always. Other activities that help me get in that flow are tai chi, yoga, meditation. I remember times when working on art has helped me make that connection. There are times when I get engrossed in my garden that I feel that free flow.
How about you? Do you know what that feels like? Would you like to experience more?
Make an appointment with me and I will assist you in strengthening your connection to source, to your joy.

Loosing My Marbles
We all have some days where we feel like we’re loosing our marbles. I think the universe is just trying to re-arrange them to give us a different perspective. The universe will use those around us to help with the process. Here is Mumford after he spilled my marbles. :)

Smile, It Does A Body Good
It can be easy to get sucked into negativity some times. Especially if you are in the habit of watching the news or reading the newspaper. If you find yourself in a sour mood or maybe you just want to keep yourself more upbeat, SMILE. Science has proven that smiling can help improve your health. More good news…it doesn’t cost anything. Woo hoo. Now there’s another reason to smile.
Feeling down? Plant a smile on your face and see what happens. It may feel odd at first, but if you keep those corners turned up your mood will follow.
As a direct result of feeling better your stress levels go down. You can trick your body into relaxing.
Smiling is contagious. This is something you want to spread around the office and at home. Get in the habit of smiling at people and see what happens. Make it a genuine smile from the heart.
You will also be boosting the immune system, lowering blood pressure, releasing endorphins, natural pain killers and serotonin. Wow!
I feel better already.
You’ve most likely heard the saying, “be the change you want to see in the world.” It can start with something as inexpensive and as easy as a smile. A smile can be like the gentle movement of the butterfly in flight. Don’t underestimate the power of simplicity.

When Things Fall Apart
Tom Lescher Aug 24 Astrology Update
I have done a good bit of “healing” work. Before going to the Barbara Brennan School of Healing I learned and practiced Reiki. I have also played with some other healing modalities. The latest being Matrix Energetics. I love the work. I love helping and supporting people through their journey.
It can be challenging to let go of what “that” looks like. Our clients and my ego want to see all sunshine and great health emerge. You know where everyone goes off smiling and happy. That doesn’t always happen immediately. Life is still a process and journey. Sometimes it gets messy.
I try to remind myself and my clients using this metaphor: When you are remodeling a house you have to remove the old and usually make a mess first before the new can be installed.
So don’t worry if things look a little messy. It may be the perfect time to go within yourself and discovery treasure within yourself that you have been ignoring. Tom’s astrology update in the link above reminded me of this.

Going Out of Your Mind
The astrology link above is an update for this weekend with Tom Lescher. I find his interpretations to be fitting and in alignment with my experiences.
With that said the energy is one of uneasiness with what is. Wanting to be “through it.” Through what? The transformation. The discomfort. I’ve found myself in that place of “I just want the change NOW.” You know the place when you want to do something to make the change happen.
The message I get is to keep coming back to myself. Take some quiet time. Go within. There’s no rushing anything. Find the joy in the moment. Take the time to meditate and be quiet. It’s not all about being quiet, but that is helpful when you find yourself on the hamster wheel going around and around in your head trying to get out of your present circumstance. Get in the habit or re-new your habit of being still. Yep, that’s another way of saying meditate.
Why? Meditation takes you within yourself to listen to the inner wisdom. It calms the nerves, quiets the mind. Keeps you from jumping off the cliff. Meditation will help you allow the change to happen within. Once the change happens within, you will find the change happening outside yourself.
More on meditation soon.
Perfect Timing
Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t
perfect for you. Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware
of where you are. But all things, as they are happening, are happening in
perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, “Everything in its
perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in
relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am, and eager for more,”
that is the perfect vibrational stance.

This is a good reminder to be in the now and know that everything is falling into place. When anxiety creeps in as we know it does remember to breath. Use the breath as a bridge to bring you back to this moment and remind yourself all is well. I also like to do chanting meditations. The sound current gives me something to feel and helps me to shift out of fear and distrust. The sound raises your vibration out of fear and uncertainty.
The law of attraction is based on vibration and feeling. What makes you feel good? What helps you feel safe? Sometimes it’s helpful to reach out to another person. We all need a hand and support. I’m offering one free long distance healing session a day for the month of August. That’s one free per person. Leave me a comment here on how to reach you to set up your appointment.

Tea for 2 or Just You
Just found some of my favorite teas on sale. Fennel tea is wonderful for the digestion. It has a pleasant, mild flavor that is a bit like licorice. If you’ve never tried it now’s the time. Fennel is on sale for $1.80, regular price $6.64. Oh yea. Love those sales.
Also check out Yerba Mate. This has a great energy boost with vitamins/minerals, oh and it taste’s great.
Another great digestion and a good candida cleanser is Pau Darco. Again it has a nice mild flavor.
Brew them by the pitcher, cool and enjoy all day. Hydrate and do your body good. There are many more teas on sale. Find them under the “Grocery” section from the link below.

Relationships
When I went to the Matrix Energetics workshop last weekend I went with a mental laundry list of items I wanted to focus on improving in my life. Relationship was one of them. In fact I would say relationship was at the core of everything I wanted to address for myself. This included a significant partner, money, my relationship with authority, my own authority, etc.
I felt significant shift for myself while there. Just getting there was a break through. I touched deeper into trusting the universe to answer my prayers. We’ve heard, “ask and it is given,” but do we always really believe it.
I packed my bag early Saturday morning knowing I wanted to stay the weekend in Baltimore at the event, but not really knowing how I was going to financially manage. I ended up sitting next to Kathy. As Saturday progressed we got to know each other better and I couldn’t have planned it better myself. She had a room with two beds and we hit it off great.
The weekend progressed with releasing some old relationship patterns that were no longer serving me. My relationships have improved, but the icing on the cake is I see my son’s relationships improving. If you really want to help your children. Work on your own issues. In this week he has shared three different situations that reflect significant improvement in his life.
If you think spending money on your own healing journey is a waste or too much money, think again. Not only do you benefit, but everyone that you are connected to benefits. That makes the investment rather insignificant.
Have relationship challenges. Give me a call today.
